Made To...™ is an AI platform built for small businesses, solopreneurs, and freelancers. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the Advise intake service available at madetoagents.com. By using this site or engaging with Advise, you agree to these terms.

Who Can Use This Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or engage with Advise. By using this service, you represent that you are an adult and are using it in connection with a legitimate business or professional interest.

Advise is designed for businesses and individuals actively exploring whether AI tools can help solve a real operational problem. It is not intended for personal use, academic research, or any purpose unrelated to genuine business evaluation.

What Advise Is — and Is Not

Advise facilitates a structured intake conversation to help the Made To... team understand your business situation. Based on that conversation, we generate an internal report used solely by our team to determine whether a follow-up engagement makes sense for you, and to allow us to prepare for a call if one is warranted.

Advise is not a business advisor, consultant, attorney, financial advisor, or professional service of any kind. Nothing said during an Advise conversation constitutes professional advice. Any follow-up decisions you make based on your experience with Advise are made at your own discretion and risk.

Participation in an Advise session does not guarantee a follow-up call, a recommendation, a business outcome, or any result whatsoever.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this service honestly and in good faith. The following are not permitted:

• Providing false or intentionally misleading information during the Advise intake
• Using Advise for any purpose other than genuine business evaluation
• Attempting to manipulate, test, or probe the intake system for competitive or research purposes
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of this service
• Any use that violates applicable law or the rights of others

Intellectual Property

All content, design, methodology, and technology on this site — including but not limited to the Advise intake process, agent architecture, output formats, and the brand name "Made To..." — are the exclusive property of Made To...™ and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or replicate any part of this platform or its methodology
• Attempt to reverse engineer how any part of this service works
• Use the name "Made To...," our logo, or any of our marks without prior written permission
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract content from this site

AI Processing and Third-Party Services

Advise is powered in part by third-party AI services. Your conversation is processed by those services to support the intake experience. We do not share your information with AI providers beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

We use third-party infrastructure to run this platform, including Supabase, Vercel, Google Sheets, and Resend. Each operates under its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these providers.

Cookies

This site uses a consent management tool to handle cookie preferences. We do not currently use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking. If that changes, this page and our Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect it.

Disclaimers

This service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at any particular time.
