Who We Are
Made To... is an AI platform built for small businesses, solopreneurs, and freelancers. If you have questions about this policy, visit our contact page.
What We Collect
When you use Advise:
- Email address — provided voluntarily. Used to follow up with you about your consultation or add you to our waitlist.
- Business name — optional. You are not required to provide it.
- Session data — a timestamp of when your session occurred.
- A generated report — based on what you share during the intake conversation, we generate an internal report that summarizes your business situation, AI readiness, and suggested tools. It provides us the information needed to offer valuable solutions to your stated problems and prepares us for speaking with some of you directly. This report is stored securely, used only by the Made To... team, and is not shared with third parties.
When you join the waitlist:
- Email address only.
What We Do Not Collect
- Payment or financial information
- Government-issued ID or sensitive personal identifiers
- Health or medical information
- Data from minors — this service is intended for adults operating a business
How We Use Your Information
- To follow up with you about your Advise consultation
- To add you to the appropriate waitlist and send relevant updates
- To improve the quality of the Advise intake experience over time
- To help us understand, at an aggregate level, who Made To... is built for
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell it. Ever.
Where Your Data Lives
Your email address and session data are stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to the Made To... team.
Your generated report is stored in a secure database accessible only to the Made To... team.
Both are hosted on infrastructure provided by established third-party services operating under their own security and privacy standards.
AI Processing
Advise is powered in part by third-party AI services. When you engage in the intake conversation, your responses are processed by those services to generate your report. We do not share your information with AI providers beyond what is necessary to generate that report.
How Long We Keep It
We retain your data for as long as necessary to operate the service and follow up appropriately. If you would like your information removed at any time, see the section below.
Your Rights
You can request that we:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information entirely

Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate this platform. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
- Supabase — database infrastructure
- Vercel — hosting and deployment
- Google Sheets — waitlist and session data storage
- Resend — transactional email (internal use only)
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking services at this time.
